1. General Overview & Pricing Disclaimer

1.1. Indicative Online Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are published as a general reference only, include 15% South African Value-Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly specified otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.

1.2. Formal Quotation Required: Website pricing does not constitute a binding legal offer. A formal, valid written quotation issued directly by JNS Technologies CC is required prior to placing any order or initiating payment.

1.3. Exclusion of Delivery Fees: Published website prices do not include shipping, courier, or delivery charges unless explicitly stated on your formal quotation.

2. Quotation Validity & Foreign Exchange Fluctuations (ROE)

2.1. Quotation Validity Window: Due to extreme volatility in the South African Rand (ZAR) exchange rate against major foreign currencies, written quotations issued by JNS Technologies CC are valid for a maximum period of 24 hours from the date and time of issuance.

2.2. Rate of Exchange (ROE) Adjustments: Many imported products (including barcode hardware, label printers, and mobile computers) are tied to foreign supplier pricing. In the event of foreign exchange shifts or price changes received prior to stock fulfillment (including items placed on backorder), JNS Technologies CC reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect updated exchange rates and supplier costs.

3. Payment Methods & Terms

3.1. Upfront Payment Terms: Full payment is strictly required upfront prior to the processing, reservation, or dispatch of any equipment.

3.2. Approved Payment Channels: We accept payment strictly via:

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into our designated business bank account.
• SnapScan instant online payment portal.3.3. Prohibited Payment Methods: We strictly do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or cheque payments.

4. Stock Availability & Proof of Payment (POP)

4.1. First-Come, First-Served Policy: Stock availability is not guaranteed as stock moves continuously and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2. Stock Reservations: Inventory cannot be reserved or allocated to an order until a valid Proof of Payment (POP) is received and verified by our accounts department. Customers are strongly advised to confirm live stock availability immediately prior to making payment.

5. Order Processing, Handling & Dispatch

5.1. Lead Time: Upon receipt and clearance of your Proof of Payment (POP), orders require between 2 to 4 working days processing lead time to arrive from supplier warehouse facilities and undergo dispatch preparation.

5.2. Collection / Dispatch Notification: Clients will be contacted directly via email or telephone once their purchased items have arrived at our Benoni office and are confirmed ready for courier collection or customer pick-up.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1. Courier Service Partner: Nationwide delivery across South Africa is fulfilled via our trusted logistics partner, The Courier Guy.

6.2. Delivery Fee Calculation: Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination street address, physical dimensions, and volumetric weight of the shipment, and will be specified as a separate line item on your formal quote.
