Proof of Purchase
When requesting to return a faulty product or incorrectly purchased product please supply us with the invoice from JNS Technologies indicating when the product was purchased.
Faulty Products
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition.
Defective or faulty goods may be returned within 7 (seven) working days for a replacement, thereafter goods, if under warranty, will be sent to the official supplier for warranty repair.
JNS Technologies will cover the Courier costs from your premises to our offices for defective products within the 7 (seven) working days.
Incorrect Items Purchased
All the products displayed on our website have the specifications and manufacturers PDF brochure available. We are also available to offer advice on products that will be suitable to your application.
Products found to be unsuitable for a particular purpose communicated to us when the transaction was entered into may be returned for a full refund within 7 (seven) working days after receiving the product. The product must be in original and undamaged packaging together with any Manuals and CD’s.
We may refuse to give credit on products that have been opened, used, installed, damaged or not in original, undamaged packaging.
Courier fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the product at our offices it will be inspected and tested and once passed you will be notified when the refund will be done.
Refund Process
Refunds can only be paid into the same account name and account holder, it was remitted from.
Any form of payments must reflect in the JNS Technologies banking account for ten (10) working days from date of payment, prior to refund.
Proof of Beneficiary Banking Details
Please provide either a cancelled cheque or letter on your banker’s letterhead confirming your banking details.
