1.Request a Quote:Select your hardware or ask for expert advice.
- Browse & Request: Navigate to the product you need on our site and click “Request a Quote” or “Request Pricing”. Fill out the quick form and hit submit.
- Unsure What You Need? If you need assistance selecting the right scanner, printer, or terminal for your setup, contact us directly via our Contact Us page with your operational requirements.
- Receive Your Quote: Our sales team will email you an official quote detailing confirmed pricing and current stock availability.
2.Confirm Your Order & Receive Pro-Forma Invoice:Lock in stock and pricing.
- Once you accept the quote, reply with your order confirmation and purchase order (PO) number, along with your official company invoicing details.
- We will issue an official Pro-Forma Invoice complete with our banking details.
3.Payment & Quality Inspection:Standard 2 to 4 working days lead time.
- Make payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or SnapScan.
- Once funds clear in our account, your items are prepped over 2 to 4 working days. We use this time to procure the stock from distributor hubs and run physical quality/functional tests on the hardware prior to dispatch.
4.Collection or Courier Delivery:Nationwide South African fulfillment.
- As soon as your order has cleared testing and is packaged, our team will notify you.
- You can either collect your order from our Benoni premises or have it couriered directly to your facility anywhere in South Africa.

Demo Equipment Policy
To ensure all customers receive brand-new, factory-sealed hardware, JNS Technologies does not keep dedicated demo units.
However, we offer a Risk-Free Evaluation Guarantee:
- You may purchase the required product outright.
- Test it in your operational environment for up to 4 working days.
- If it does not meet your operational requirements, return it in its original, undamaged packaging with all manuals and media for a full product refund.
